§ 9.20.300. Penalty for violation.

Any person or corporation who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars or more than five hundred dollars. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
