This chapter shall terminate and be of no further force and effect at such time as
three members of the Clark district board of health (including Clark County) may,
by ordinance, duly passed and adopted, each repeal their corresponding ordinance relative
to the objects and purposes herein provided; save and except that any violations of
any section or sections of this chapter which may have occurred prior to the effective
date of such termination shall not abate, but be deemed to survive, provided action,
or proceedings, for prosecution of any such violation is instituted within one year
after the effective date of termination, or repeal, of this chapter, it being the
intent of the board of commissioners that this chapter, shall be, and remain, in full
force and effect as to any and all such violations in which such action or proceedings
have been so instituted until the same are terminated or otherwise properly brought
to conclusion.
