§ 9.20.290. No operation during suspension—Exceptions.

None of said businesses or persons certified under this chapter shall operate during the period of suspension unless they apply for and receive permission from the board of county commissioners to do so; provided, that the board shall find that the continued operation of the business shall not be detrimental to the health and well-being of the community.
