§ 8.40.150. Curfew and liquor possession enforcement.

  • It is unlawful for the licensee, its managers, agents, servants or employees to allow or permit any child under the age of eighteen years to remain upon or within the licensed premises or parking lot to which the patrons have access as provided in Section 8.40.090, in violation of Section 12.12.010.

    It is further unlawful for the licensee, its managers, agents, servants or employees to allow or permit any person to be in possession of any alcoholic beverage while upon or within the licensed premises or parking lot to which the patrons have access as provided in Section 8.40.070, or to allow taxi dancing on the premises.
