§ 8.40.090. Parking areas.

A sufficient number of parking spaces shall be provided and maintained so as to provide one-half the number of parking spaces as the posted capacity of each teenage dancehall licensed under these provisions. Such parking facilities shall be surfaced with a concrete or asphaltic type paving and shall be electrically illuminated with not less than .25 candle power light at ground level. All parking spaces shall meet the requirements of Section 29.02.670 of the Clark County Code. The licensee shall provide uniformed security guards to patrol the parking area and maintain order.
