§ 8.40.070. Patron capacity.

No license shall be issued to any establishment herein mentioned, where dancing is permitted, having less than four square feet of floor space reserved exclusively for dancing for each person admitted. The capacity shall be posted above the entry door and persons in addition to the posted capacity shall not be admitted. Seating shall be provided for one-half the posted capacity in an area adjoining the required dance floor area without encroaching upon the required dance floor space.
