§ 8.20.288. Package liquor license revocation.

In case the view into any such enclosed area required by Section 8.20.284 shall be wilfully obscured by the licensee or by him wilfully permitted to be obscured or in any manner obstructed, or if the licensee fails to comply with any of the foregoing provisions, then such package liquor license shall be subject to revocation. In order to enforce the provisions of this section, the licensing board shall have the right to require the filing with that body of plans, drawings, and photographs showing compliance with the foregoing provisions.
