§ 8.20.289. Rural area package liquor license.

  • In rural settlements having a population of not over three hundred fifty residents, located more than ten miles from a grocery store, general merchandise store, and/or liquor store, one package liquor license may be granted in the settlement to a convenience store upon the provision that all alcoholic liquor is kept in an enclosed area into which minors are not permitted entry, if upon a showing that such is necessary for the need and convenience of the population of the settlement.
