§ 6.90.030. License required.

No person, firm or corporation shall conduct, manage or carry on business as a modeling agency without a license issued by the Clark County director of business license after application and investigation and a finding of suitability. The business may be advertised and carried on by the licensee under a fictitious name in the manner permitted by law, providing that such name is not misleading as to the services provided by the agency. No licensee shall conduct business in a location other than the licensed location, as specified in Section 6.04.120 of this title. Convention service agencies or companies supplying "convention hostesses" must be licensed in conformance with the ordinance codified in this chapter.
