§ 6.90.040. Application and investigation.

(a) Application for a modeling agency license shall be on forms containing the information required in subsection (a) of Section 6.90.050 and in the manner prescribed and provided by the director of business license of Clark County.

(b)

All applicants or other persons for which an investigation is required shall be investigated for determination of suitability pursuant to Section 6.08.110 and shall pay investigation fees as required by Section 6.08.115.
