§ 6.80.200. Cease and desist orders.

If the board of county commissioners determines, after notice and hearing as provided in Section 6.80.220, that any licensee hereunder has:

(1)

Violated any provision of this chapter;

(2)

Directly or through an agent or employee knowingly engaged in any false, deceptive or misleading advertising, promotional or sales methods in any solicitation or in any offer to sell or sale of land; or

(3)

Violated any lawful order or rule of the board;

the board may issue an order requiring the person to cease and desist from any such practice and requiring the licensee to take such affirmative action as in the judgment of the board shall carry out the purpose of this chapter.
