§ 6.80.190. Guarantees.

Each licensee hereunder which offers any gift or other free benefit to any unit, or in any manner represents to such unit that it shall receive any such gift or benefit upon its appearance at any land sales presentation, in connection with any solicitation or takes a deposit as provided in Section 6.80.180 shall guarantee and be responsible for such unit's receiving such gift or benefit, or the cash equivalent thereof, and the refund of such deposit upon the appearance of such unit at the land sales presentation in connection with which such offer or representation was made or such deposit was taken.
