§ 6.80.220. Notice of hearing.

Any licensee hereunder which is the subject of any proceeding under Sections 6.80.200 and 6.80.210 shall be entitled to notice of the time, place and nature of any hearing therein. Such notice shall be given in writing not less than ten days prior to such hearing and shall personally be served upon the licensee or any agent or employee thereof.
