§ 6.24.185. Work identification card.

  • All owners, managers and stockholders actively engaging in the management of a pawnbroker operation, and all employees thereof, must present themselves for fingerprinting in the office of the sheriff and secure a work identification card from the sheriff prior to operating the establishment, and such work identification cards must be carried upon the person during all work times, must remain current, and are nontransferable, but shall be revocable by the board of county commissioners for cause. No person shall be employed by any applicant without first requiring compliance with the provisions of this section.
