§ 6.24.180. Revocation—Notice of hearing.

The license may be revoked by the board of county commissioners upon a show cause order for any wilful violation or omissions of this chapter. Notice of the hearing shall be given to the licensee at least twenty-four hours prior to the time of the hearing, and the district attorney is charged with the duty of presenting the case for revocation of license.
