§ 6.12.465. Employment agency.

Defined as any person who, for a fee or commission, furnishes information to a person seeking employment or employees which enables or tends to enable them to find employment or employees pursuant to NRS Chapter 611. For each employment office, the license fee shall be five hundred dollars annually, and the applicant shall first obtain a state license.
