§ 6.12.463. Educational instructor.

Any independent contractor acting as a tutor, facilitator, trainer or otherwise providing instruction in a skill shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred fifty dollars. Specific forms of instruction may also require state licensing pursuant to NRS 394.
