§ 6.12.475. Entertainment ticket sales.

Any person who sells show tickets or passes to entertainment events shall pay a semiannual fee based upon the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. However, gross revenue for reporting and payment purposes from any satellite location may be combined with the primary entertainment ticket sales license upon approval by the director. Each satellite location must also pay an annual flat fee of one hundred fifty dollars. Entertainment ticket sales must be in compliance with Chapter 12.38 of this code.
