§ 6.125.030. License required.

It is unlawful for any person to engage in business as a telephonic seller or functioning as a factor as defined herein for any consideration without first obtaining a license as hereinafter provided and complying with all requirements of this chapter.

Failure to so comply, or violation of any of the provisions of the Clark County Code, or any criminal statutes of the state of Nevada shall be grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to Sections 6.125.090 and 6.125.110.
