§ 6.125.090. Disciplinary action grounds for revocation.

  • The board of county commissioners may revoke, suspend or condition any license or work card issued pursuant to this chapter for the following reasons:

    (A)

    If subsequent to the issuance of the license or work card it is discovered that any applicant or person required to be investigated has made any material misrepresentation or has withheld or not disclosed any material facts required in the application;

    (B)

    If the licensee commits any act subsequent to licensure which would have been grounds for denial of license if the act had been committed prior to application for licensure;

    (C)

    If the licensee, any employee or solicitor violates any of the provisions of this chapter;

    (D)

    If the licensee, any employee, representative or solicitor commits an act of fraud, misrepresentation, an act of deceptive advertising as defined in NRS 207.170 to NRS 207.180, inclusive, or makes any false statement in connection with the sale or sales presentation of any advertising specialty or premium;

    (E)

    If the licensee is convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude, or commits acts defined in NRS 207.360 as a "crime related to racketeering";

    (F)

    If the business licensed pursuant to this chapter is conducted in an unlawful manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or to endanger the health, safety, or general welfare of the public;

    (G)

    If the licensee uses premiums which require a dealer to obtain a special permit or license, or which are subject to regulations by federal, state or local law unless the licensee has obtained such license, permit or complies with such regulation;

    (H)

    For any of the grounds set forth in Sections 6.04.090 and 6.04.100 of the Clark County Code.
