§ 6.125.110. Violation—Criminal penalty.

  • Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars and/or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a term of not more than six months, or by any combination of such fine and imprisonment. Every day of each violation of any provision of this code or of any ordinance shall constitute a separate offense.
