§ 3.30.010. Title and applicability.

This chapter applies to all town advisory boards for towns formed under the provisions of the Unincorporated Town Government Law, NRS 269.500 et seq., whether appointed or elected, except as otherwise provided in Section 3.30.020 that applies only to appointed town advisory boards and Sections 3.30.030 and 3.30.040 that apply only to elected town advisory boards.
