§ 24.36.010. Development—Approval of water purveyor required.

The approval, of all subdivisions, residential parcel maps and residential land divisions
that require water service from a water purveyor by all county boards, departments
and agencies shall be conditioned upon the ultimate approval of the availability of
water service by the water purveyor under their policies, service rules, regulations
and procedures. For all other development requests which require water service from
a water purveyor, all county agencies and departments with jurisdiction may conditionally
approve building permits but, prior to permit issue, the developer must obtain evidence
of the availability and adequacy of water service from the water purveyor.
