§ 19.05.110. Previous park code compliance exception.

Where the applicant for a building permit for a residential dwelling unit or construction or electrical permit for the development of a mobile home lot demonstrates that the lot on which the residential dwelling unit or mobile home will be placed has previously complied with the Local Park Code in effect prior to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter, in the form of land deeded to Clark County or fees recorded in the treasurer's office, the residential dwelling unit or mobile home lot shall be held exempt from the requirements of this code.
