§ 19.05.100. Cooperation with incorporated cities within Clark County.

The department of parks and recreation, when planning the expenditures of funds for acquisition, capital improvement, and expansion of public parks, playgrounds, and recreation facilities, shall cooperate and coordinate development plans with appropriate park and recreation departments of the various incorporated cities of Clark County.
