§ 19.05.120. Policy differentiation by park district.

  • (a) Park Districts in the Unincorporated Rural Areas of Clark County. Rural town characteristics of isolation from population centers and low total population do not lend themselves to a distinction between neighborhood and community parks.

    (b)

    Space and Siting Standards. Neighborhood and community parks are, by definition, synonymous to park districts in the unincorporated rural areas of Clark County. Park site size shall be selected by the parks and recreation department on the basis of existing and projected population.
