§ 14.40.043. Unlawful activities on public thoroughfares and public property.

  • It is unlawful within unincorporated Clark County to:

    (a)

    Stand, park, or store an abandoned vehicle, as defined in Section 14.04.005, upon any highway, street or other public thoroughfare;

    (b)

    Stand, park or store an abandoned vehicle, as defined in Section 14.04.005, upon public property without the consent of the owner or person in control or management of the public property;

    (c)

    Stand, park, or store, upon a residential street, a trailer or recreational vehicle, except in front of property from which or to which goods or passengers are being picked up or delivered;

    (d)

    Stand, park or store a mobile billboard upon a residential street in violation of Section 14.10.020; or

    (e)

    Stand or park a commercial vehicle upon any public road, highway or alley in a residence district in violation of Section 14.46.060.
