§ 14.10.020. Unlawful activities concerning mobile billboards on residential streets.

It is unlawful for a person to stand, park or store a mobile billboard, as defined in Section 14.04.165, upon a residential street in unincorporated Clark County at a location within five hundred feet of a dwelling, including any apartment unit or residential condominium. A mobile billboard in violation of this section is subject to towing pursuant to Section 14.40.045.
