§ 12.16.030. False alarms.

It is unlawful for any person to report a fire, disaster or accident, or to report or allege the commission of any crime, which in fact did not occur, or to make any false report thereof to any law enforcement officer or fireman of Clark County, knowing, or reasonably presumed to know, that such report or allegation is false.
