§ 10.30.160. Bi-annual inspection of premises required.

Any retailer, dealer or operator which is required to maintain a current business license shall have their premises inspected biannually by the animal control officer to ensure compliance with the provisions of Sections 10.30.010 through 10.30.160. After July 1, 1999, any retailer, dealer or operator which is required to obtain a business license shall have their premises inspected and approved by an animal control officer prior to the initial issuance of a business license to ensure compliance with the provisions of Sections 10.30.010 through 10.30.160.
