§ 10.30.010. Buildings and grounds—Housing facilities.

An operator shall ensure that:

(a)

The buildings and grounds at all locations where animals are kept:

(1)

Are clean and in good repair; and

(2)

Do not become accumulated with trash.

(b)

Housing facilities:

(1)

Are constructed and maintained in such a manner as to:

(A)

Protect the animals inside from injury;

(B)

Prevent the animals inside from escaping; and

(C)

Restrict the entrance of other animals.

Have adequate and reliable sources of electrical power and potable water available.
