§ 8.44.040. Work identification cards required.

All managers and all employees are required to obtain work identification cards as codified in Chapter 8.24 of the Clark County Code. It is unlawful to dance with a patron of the dancehall for monetary consideration or to permit taxi dancing on the premises unless the taxi dancer has a work identification card issued pursuant to Chapter 8.24. Such card may be denied for any grounds listed in Section 8.32.070.
