§ 8.44.030. License required.

It is unlawful for any person to commence, carry on or engage in any dancehall business without first procuring a dancehall license as required herein. A separate license is required for each location at which a licensee conducts business and such licenses are not transferable. In order for an applicant to obtain a dancehall license and maintain it in good standing, the business premises must comply with all applicable zoning, building, fire and health requirements.
