§ 8.40.130. Disciplinary action procedure.

  • In addition to the grounds set forth in Section 8.40.120, the director may suspend pursuant to Section 8.08.170 and the licensing board may suspend, limit, condition or revoke a teenage dancehall license for any violation of the county code, Nevada State Statutes or federal laws which relates to the suitability of the licensee or any of its partners, stockholders, officers or directors, or for any violation thereof which has a deleterious effect upon the health, welfare, safety or morals of any of the inhabitants of Clark County, or for any act which would make an applicant ineligible to hold a dancehall license as set out in these regulations.

    Disciplinary action for all teenage dancehall licenses shall be conducted pursuant to the regulations codified in Chapter 8.08. Chapter 8.08 is adopted as an amendment to this chapter concerning the policy and procedure regulating teenage dancehalls.
