§ 8.20.020.045. Brewery.

  • A "brewery" license permits a brewery to produce or manufacture beer. The license also permits the operation of an on-site tasting room for public sampling, at no charge, of beverages manufactured at the brewery and limited to three ounce servings per beverage manufactured. To qualify for such license, a brewery must first obtain a brewer's license from the state and be in compliance with all requirements of Clark County Codes relating to building, fire, zoning and health codes. This definition shall not authorize a brew pub.
