§ 7.50.120. Equipment regulations.

(a) Each pedicab shall be clearly marked with the business name, and shall have the following information displayed in a place that is readily available to be seen by passengers:

(1)

The owner's business license number;

(2)

Proof of commercial liability insurance;

(3)

A legible schedule of rates for rides;

(4)

Picture identification of the operator;

(5)

Unexpired LVMPD work card; and

(6)

The manufacturer's designated seating capacity for the pedicab.

(b)

Each pedicab shall be equipped in accordance with the requirements of NRS 484, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations.
