§ 7.09.100. Requirements of bathhouse employees.

  • Any person desiring to be employed by a bathhouse in Clark County shall first obtain a referral form from the licensed bathhouse they intend to work for. Upon completion of said form, the person wishing to work at the bathhouse shall take the completed form, signed by their prospective employer to the LVMPD for investigation and determination of suitability for a work card. All applicants shall be investigated for determination of suitability pursuant to Chapter 6.08 of the Clark County Code and shall pay investigative fees as required by Section 6.08.115. Any person desiring to work in a bathhouse must furnish written evidence from a physician duly licensed to practice in the state of Nevada that the physician has examined the applicant and that the applicant is free from any communicable disease; comply with the work card requirements as set forth in CCC Chapter 6.10; and provide such other information as the LVMPD may require that reasonably relates to the applicant's fitness for a work card or the nature of the service to be provided. Any person desiring to be employed by a bathhouse in Clark County must also obtain a health card from the Clark County health district prior to the start of employment at a bathhouse.
