§ 6.90.090. Penalties.

Any person, firm, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars for each offense or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of time up to six months. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
