§ 6.90.100. Ordinance application.

All modeling agency applicants making application for a license subsequent to the effective date of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall comply with the provisions herein stated. Presently licensed modeling agencies licensed as of the date of introduction of the ordinance codified in this chapter are exempt from reapplying.
