§ 6.80.150. Conduct constituting doing business.

(a) Any person who solicits, procures or obtains any unit from within the unincorporated areas of Clark County and delivers, directs or refers such unit to a land sales presentation held within or without the unincorporated areas of the county shall obtain a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Any person who solicits, procures or obtains any unit from outside the unincorporated areas of Clark County and delivers, directs or refers such unit to a land sales presentation held within the unincorporated areas of the county, shall be deemed to have completed or consummated an act of solicitation within the unincorporated areas of the county when such unit actually arrives and attends a land sales presentation therein. Any person soliciting, procuring or obtaining any such unit or units shall obtain a license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
