§ 6.80.090. Grounds for revocation.

The district attorney may revoke an employee's card under the following conditions:

(1)

If he determines that such employee's application form contains any material misrepresentations concerning the information specified in Section 6.80.030;

(2)

If such employee subsequently is convicted of any of the offenses or is adjudged to be in violation of any of the rules, regulations or orders specified in Section 6.80.030; or

(3)

If such employee is convicted of any violation of this chapter.
