§ 6.80.080. Sheriff card required.

Every person employed directly in procuring or obtaining units to attend land sales presentations shall have a sheriff's card. The card shall be issued by the sheriff if he finds the applicant has not been convicted of any of the offenses or has not been adjudged to have been in violation of any of the rules, regulations or orders specified in Section 6.80.030. The card shall not be transferable.
