§ 6.24.130. Posting license.

It is unlawful for any person to conduct or transact a pawnbroking business or pawnshop in the county of Clark, state of Nevada, outside the incorporated cities and towns both within and without the unincorporated cities and towns, unless he shall keep posted in a conspicuous place in the place of business, the license certificate therefor, and a copy of all provisions of this chapter relating to pawnbrokers and pawnshops.
