§ 6.24.140. Secondhand dealer's license.

No person licensed as a pawnbroker, motor vehicle pawn or pawnshop under the provisions of this chapter shall, in the conduct of such business, buy secondhand personal property for the purpose of resale or trade without first obtaining a secondhand dealer's license to carry on the business of a secondhand dealer.
