§ 6.12.988. Warehouse—Mini.

Defined as any real property divided into individual spaces for the storage of personal property rented or leased to individual occupants and to which the individual occupant has access as defined in NRS Chapter 108. This definition does not include a garage or storage area at a private residence. The license fee shall be three hundred dollars annually.
