§ 6.12.987. Warehouse.

Any person who operates a place for storing goods for others or receiving goods and merchandise to be stored in a warehouse for hire shall pay an annual license fee shall be based upon the square footage or warehouse floor area as follows: under two hundred thousand square feet, two hundred dollars; between two hundred thousand and five hundred thousand square feet, three hundred dollars; between five hundred thousand one and seven hundred fifty thousand square feet, six hundred dollars; between seven hundred fifty thousand one and one million square feet, eight hundred dollars; between one million one and two million square feet, one thousand dollars; for two million one square feet or more, one thousand two hundred dollars.
