§ 6.12.986. Video sales/rentals.

Any person who sells or rents new videos, films, discs or related materials shall pay a semiannual license fee determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter. This excludes any business which will or does derive fifty-one percent or more of its gross revenue from adult-oriented merchandise that must be licensed under Chapter 6.110 of this code.
