§ 6.12.963. Title/abstract company.

Any person who prepares title searches, title examinations and certificates or abstracts of title which are the basis of the issuance of title policies by a title insurer pursuant to NRS Chapter 692, shall pay a license fee of six hundred sixty dollars annually.
