§ 6.12.960. Theaters—Nonadult.

  • Defined as any structure or land used for the purpose of live, filmed, or electrically produced presentations, including but not limited to plays, dances, concerts, performances or theatrical presentations for which a fee is received shall pay an annual license fee of six hundred fifty dollars. A nonadult theater which also provides refreshments, food, gifts and novelty sales, amusement machines, tobacco products, etc., must hold separate licenses.
