§ 6.12.942. Take-out food establishment.

  • Defined as any business located in a suitable building kept, used, maintained, advertised or held out to be a public place where food is prepared on premises and ordered by customers to be taken out or delivered to another location. The business is not a category one or category two restaurant and may offer a drive-through. No on-premises table service of food is permitted and the location is not eligible for a liquor license. The semiannual license fee for each take-out food establishment shall be determined by the amount of semiannual gross revenue as contained in the schedule in Section 6.12.995 of this chapter.
